Digital & Technology Navigator (Tewkesbury Borough)

Joshua is GRCC’s Digital & Technology Navigator for Tewkesbury Borough, helping residents to build their confidence with technology, improve their digital skills, and reduce their barriers to online access.

Joshua’s work includes giving one-to-one support, creating resources, and helping communities feel more connected through digital tools.

"I’ve always enjoyed working with people and being able to support them in a meaningful way," said Joshua. "Seeing someone grow in confidence with technology, whether it’s learning a new skill or simply feeling more connected, is incredibly rewarding. It’s a privilege to help bridge the digital gap and make technology more accessible for everyone."

Before joining GRCC, Joshua worked as a filmmaker and photographer, building connections within the community and telling powerful stories. Joshua is also the co-founder of the Gloucester Independent Film Festival.

Outside of work, Joshua enjoys reading books, going to the cinema, and playing golf.
