Jo Main and Karen Price both work out of GP Practices in the North Cotswolds.

Karen is our Social Prescribing Link Worker for Young People, and works with people aged 8 to 24, often connecting with their schools.

Jo Main works with adults of all ages but has a particular interest in support for older people and people with dementia and their carers.

Social Prescribing work often begins by asking the client the question "What matters to you?", and progresses to helping the client understand their feelings and their situation, and find appropriate solutions and other sources of support.

Jo and Karen's posts are funded by the North Cotswolds Primary Care Network. They can support people who are registered with a GP Practice in Northleach, Stow on the Wold, Moreton-in-Marsh, Bourton-on-the-Water, or Chipping Campden.
