The Know Your Patch (KYP) Networks are based in each district of Gloucestershire and are hosted by local organisations. 

GRCC hosts the KYP Networks in Cheltenham and Cotswolds. 

These are multi-sector networks for anyone involved in the adult social care field, supporting older and vulnerable people to maintain independence and wellbeing.
