GRCC is looking for a passionate, people-focused Digital Equity Navigator to join our Digital Equity Team and help deliver the ACORN Project across Gloucestershire.
You’ll work directly with individuals, communities, and Voluntary, Community, and Social Enterprise (VCSE) organisations to break down digital barriers. From delivering practical workshops and community outreach to recruiting and supporting volunteers, you’ll help make digital technology more accessible and empowering for everyone.
We’re looking for someone with good digital and communication skills who enjoys working with people, can build trusted relationships, and has a genuine ‘can do’ attitude. Experience supporting volunteers, delivering training or working with diverse communities is important; along with knowledge of digital inclusion, disability, neurodiversity, or mental health.
What we offer:
£29,033.13 per annum
25 days’ annual leave + bank holidays
7.125% employer pension contribution
Time off in lieu for directed evening / weekend work

Location: Community House, Gloucester, with travel to community venues across Gloucestershire.
A full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
