DAISI Digital Triage Service

The DAISI Digital Triage Service is your first point of contact for all things digital in Gloucestershire. Whether you’re looking to enhance your own digital skills, help someone in your community, or connect with local initiatives that tackle digital poverty, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

Our service is designed to make digital empowerment accessible to all, ensuring individuals, families, and organisations can thrive in an increasingly digital world.

Our dedicated Digital Triage Officer, Emma Eccleston, is on hand to help the public and professionals alike find:

  • Local digital support centres and training programs
  • Free and accessible Wi-Fi locations
  • Support for accessing affordable devices and connectivity
  • Information on digital safety and best practices
  • Guidance on social tariffs and other cost-saving initiatives

The service is available Monday to Friday, 9 am to 4.30 pm, offering personalised advice and a wealth of local knowledge. Whether you need help getting online, identifying the best resources for your team, or finding funding for digital initiatives, we’re here to help.

For professionals, the Digital Triage Service can be a key resource to better understand and address digital exclusion within your communities. By working collaboratively, we can identify gaps in service provision, signpost effectively, and ensure no one is left behind in the digital age.
